The stone grill on site could use the attention and the volunteered services of a mason to restore it to its original state.

The garden has various volunteer opportunties available, including the following:
Community Garden Volunteers: GrowUp! Community Garden of Woonsocket is looking for volunteers to serve in a wide capacity. We are currently looking for folks interested in fundraising (including selling our great t-shirts!), planting, watering, harvesting, growing seedlings, procuring donations and sharing gardening and irrigation knowledge.
Advisory Council Members: In order to establish and maintain the GrowUp! Community Garden, YouthWorks411 is seeking members for its advisory council. Anyone interested in community gardening is welcome. We are also encouraging professionals including, but not limited to, public relations professionals, marketing experts, gardeners, lawyers, government officials, church officials, and business leaders.
