
The Drop-In Center is open three days a week, year round. Hours are Monday,
Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch are served on drop in days, and clients have access to the food pantry and personal care products.
Clients at the drop-in center use their time to:
- socialize with other clients and staff
- exercise
- volunteer
- access educational materials/computer center
- participate in support groups
- watch movies from an extensive DVD library on our big screen television
The Agape Food Pantry, staffed entirely by volunteers, provides an array of food products to clients and their families. We also partner with Thundermist Health Center (THC) to provide pantry services to eligible consumers from THC.
Pantry Hours: Monday – 1pm-2pm, by appointment only. Wednesday – 9am-2pm.
Breakfast and lunch are served at on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Educational luncheons covering a variety of topics of interest to clients are held on Wednesdays.
Personal Care Products are made available to all Agape clients on a monthly basis. Items include:
- hygiene products
- dental care products
- first aid products
- cleaning products
The Agape Center offers clients the opportunity to increase their health through the use of professional fitness equipment. Clients have access to:
- cardiovascular and weight machines
- yoga and pilates equipment
- free weights, and exercise videos
Clients can receive additional support and resources through case management services including:
- Coordination of medical care
- Transportation assistance
- Assistance with obtaining benefits
- Assistance with accessing substance abuse and mental health treatment services
- Advocacy
- Provision of social and emotional support
- Housing Assistance
Bilingual Case Management staff are available to assist Spanish-speaking clients.

The Agape Permanent Supportive Housing program offers housing opportunities to members of the community who are homeless, low-income, and living with HIV/AIDS. Single applicants as well as families are encouraged to apply. Apartments are either 1 or 2 bedroom units located at sites throughout Woonsocket.

Currently, the Agape Center has a weekly support group for women that has been ongoing for several years. New members to the group are always welcome.
