GROW UP! Community Garden Volunteer Prep Day
On Saturday, April 24th more than 50 community volunteers joined us to Prep the garden for the upcoming season! With a great sense of community spirit-volunteers weeded, shoveled, painted, sifted dirt, moved rocks, raked and did
a great general clean up!
Individual volunteers and local familes as well as volunteers from various local organizations, churches and schools including Mount Saint Charles Academy, the Woonsocket High School National Honor Society, St. James Baptist Church, Bryant University and the RiverzEdge Arts Project joined in to make this a fabulous day.
We still have a few more raised beds up for adoption and are actively seeking volunteers and donations for our Big Plant on Saturday, May 15th!

Go Green, Give Back and Connect With Your Community!
Seventeen teams and numerous supportive fans turned out Saturday, February 20th for the Generation Gap Tennis Tournament to benefit the After School Program at the Woonsocket Homeless Shelter.
Thanks to all who came to play, cheer & lend their support to this great cause.
Special thanks to Nathan Ray (in photo at right), a La Salle Academy freshman and avid tennis player, who was the motivating & coordinating force behind this tournament. Sincere thanks to the Kane family and our host & sponsor Rally Point Racquet Club.
