Consider organizing a drive in your neighborhood, school, church, or place of business to collect personal care products, kitchen, cleaning and other items to assemble into kits for families in need.
- Personal Care Kits – Personal care products for the Woonsocket Shelter and the Agape Center are always needed (shampoo, soap, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, diapers, household cleaners, laundry detergent, first aid items, toilet paper, Kleenex)
- Shelter Family Kits - Families moving into the shelter are in need of bedding (pillows, single-size bed sheets, blankets), personal care products, shower curtains and curtain hooks/rings and food.
- Moving to Home Kits - Items for residents moving out of the Woonsocket Shelter are always needed (sheets, blankets, bath towels, pillows, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, clothing)
- New Baby Kits - Items for families welcoming a new child are always needed (baby clothes, blankets, diapers, bouncy seats). Larger items such as car safety seats and strollers also appreciated.

If your company has a matching gift program, you can increase the size of your gift to FRCA. Check with your Human Resources Department to learn more about the matching gift program available to you.
Gift cards (grocery, clothing store, gas cards, other) are always needed for children in foster care, the Woonsocket Shelter and other low income individuals and families served through FRCA programs. Tickets/passes to movie theatres, museums and events for families, youth and teens are always appreciated. Gift Cards and passes can be sent to FRCA at 245 Main Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895, Attn: Wendy Pires.
