Employment Benefits

This summary provides a brief overview of the benefit package for full time and part time employees of Family Resources Community Action and is not to be used as an official document for determining eligibility criteria for benefit entitlements.

WAITING PERIOD: Employees will be eligible for benefit coverage effective the first of the month following their date of hire.

403 (b) Retirement

Eligible to start day of hire.
